Mr. Zheng Xiaobing graduated from the Department of Physics at Southeast University. He is an expert in the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Expert Database, Vice Chairman of the Nantong Intellectual Property Research Association, Intellectual Property Expert of the Shenzhen New Materials Industry Association, and Expert of the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Protection Workstation Alliance Patent Committee. He has been rated as an Associate Researcher in Intellectual Property and has been awarded titles such as National Patent Information Talent and Jiangsu Province Intellectual Property Backbone Talent.

Formerly served as a senior executive in the intellectual property department of Foxconn Technology Group, responsible for intellectual property business in areas such as optical communication, wireless communication, electric vehicles, new materials, robots, automation, etc. Led patent layout and industrial patent research and analysis, risk assessment and response, and intellectual property strategic planning for multiple large-scale projects.
