1、 Invention and design patents
The detailed adjustment of application fees for invention and design patents is as follows:
(1) The official fees for invention application/substantive examination have increased by more than 8%; The fee for payment and certification/annual fee has increased by more than 3%;

(2) The official fee for appearance application has been reduced by 20%; The actual audit official fee has increased by about 19%.

2、 Trademark
The official fee for revoking unused trademarks has been raised from the original 250 Australian dollars to 350 Australian dollars, an increase of 40%. An additional fee of 500 Australian dollars will be charged for late submission of evidence in the opposition procedure, and an additional 250 Australian dollars will be charged for objections with more than three reasons (for each additional reason).
