On October 27th, guided by the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation (Shenzhen Intellectual Property Bureau), the first event of “High Value Intellectual Property Cultivation and Service Training” hosted by ScienBiziP Group was successfully held at the Kempinski Hotel in Shenzhen.
This event invited provincial and municipal intellectual property experts to give lectures on topics related to high-value intellectual property. The event was conducted through a combination of offline lectures and online live broadcasts, attracting numerous participants from enterprises, institutions, and universities.

After the event began, Mr. Xue Xiaowei, Deputy General Manager of ScienBiziP Group, gave the opening speech. On behalf of ScienBiziP, he welcomed all the students to participate in this training and briefly explained ScienBiziP Group’s methodology, unique advantages, and rich experience in high-value patent cultivation and layout over the past decade.

Mr. He Yide, Deputy General Manager of ScienBiziP Group and the first batch of experts included in the Guangdong Province Intellectual Property Expert Database, provided an interpretation on the theme of “Patent Value Evaluation and High Value Patent Cultivation”. He first started with the construction of the patent value evaluation system and explained the concept of high-value patents from different perspectives based on his more than 20 years of unique experience and professional accumulation; Subsequently, several important concepts and key cultivation items for high-value cultivation were proposed, and the role and necessity of patent navigation or patent research analysis in high-value patent cultivation were explained through typical cases of multinational group intellectual property that have been practically operated.

Mr. Peng Huijian, Director of ScienBiziP Group and an expert in the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Expert Database, gave a speech on the theme of “Practice and Cases of High Value Patent Cultivation”. He explained the problems faced by enterprises in cultivating high-value patents from the perspective of enterprises, combined with practical cases. From establishing a mechanism for high-value patent layout, using patent navigation/patent research to provide decision-making for high-value layout, using patent mining methods for high-value patent technology mining, to targeted high-value patent layout around enterprise business models, etc., he explained in detail the various links of high-value patent layout and shared the practical methods of the entire process of high-value patent cultivation with detailed cases, bringing a valuable course to the audience.

During the Q&A session, multiple students discussed and exchanged ideas with two lecturers on issues related to patent navigation and essential patents. Through this training, all students have gained a more systematic and in-depth understanding of the relevant knowledge of high-value patent cultivation. Many students have benefited greatly and hope to continue participating in subsequent lecture activities.
