On April 22nd, the “Intellectual Property Patent Navigation Training” was successfully held at the Nanshan Intellectual Property Protection Center, guided by the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation, hosted by ScienBiziP, and supported by the Technology Innovation and Support Center (TISC) of the Nanshan District Innovation and Development Promotion Center (Nanshan Intellectual Property Promotion Center).

In order to deepen the innovation driven development strategy of intellectual property services and assist enterprises in enhancing their patent navigation application capabilities, this “Intellectual Property Patent Navigation Special Training” brings together city level intellectual property experts, well-known enterprise IPR, senior patent agents, and patent risk control platform experts. Through keynote speeches, roundtable discussions, and interactive exchanges, a complete patent navigation cognitive system is constructed from macro methodology to micro case studies, presenting a forward-looking and practical knowledge feast for participants.
Peng Huijian, an expert in the Shenzhen Intellectual Property Expert Database and Director of ScienBiziP, discussed the theme of “Big Data Driven Patent Navigation Theory, Methods, and Value Mining”. He systematically sorted out the evolution of patent navigation from basic intelligence tools to strategic decision-making systems, focusing on analyzing the implementation path of the integration of patent big data and industrial intelligence, as well as its decision support value in industrial planning, new technology research and development, investment and mergers and acquisitions, and other fields. Based on more than 20 years of practical experience in patent navigation, Professor Peng Huijian comprehensively explained the differences in application logic and implementation scenarios between industrial patent navigation and enterprise patent navigation, deeply analyzed the core challenges and response strategies faced by patent navigation in the era of big data, and briefly introduced the achievements of various patent navigation projects led by ScienBiziP in recent years.

Liu Yonghui, lecturer of Guangdong Patent Agency Talent Cultivation Project and director of Saienbeiji, focuses on practical cases and reveals the core password of patent navigation helping business transformation through the theme speech of “Practical Application and Case Analysis of Industrial Patent Navigation”. She used classic cases in the fields of intelligent vehicles and wireless communication as entry points, vividly demonstrating how to effectively empower innovative entities in market layout, technological breakthroughs, and industrial transformation and upgrading through patent navigation recognition technology barriers, planning research and development paths.
