On November 24th, guided by the Shenzhen Municipal Administration for Market Regulation (Shenzhen Intellectual Property Bureau), the second event of “High Value Intellectual Property Cultivation and Service Training” hosted by ScienBiziP Group was successfully held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Shenzhen.
The theme of this event is “Focusing on Forward looking Layout of High Value Intellectual Property”. The event invited many experienced experts in the field of intellectual property to give lectures on topics related to the mining and layout of high-value intellectual property. The event adopts a combination of offline lectures and online broadcasts, attracting many students from enterprises and institutions to participate.
After the event began, Mr. Xue Xiaowei, Deputy General Manager of ScienBiziP Group, gave the opening speech. On behalf of ScienBiziP, he welcomed all the students to participate in this training and introduced the development and future plans of high-value intellectual property cultivation and service training. Ms. Liu Yonghui, Director of ScienBiziP Group, provided an interpretation on the theme of “Exploring High Value Patents and Searching for R&D Wisdom Mines Together”. She introduced the evaluation criteria and cultivation models of high-value patents from multiple perspectives such as administrative entities, innovation entities, and patent awards. Afterwards, she analyzed the role of patent mining and several common misconceptions in practical work in a simple and easy to understand manner. Based on her rich experience, she explained the direction, methods, steps, and other specific contents of patent mining work through multiple detailed and prominent practical cases.
Ms. Tang Fangfang, Director of ScienBiziP Group, gave a speech on the theme of “High Value Patent Layout, Creating Innovation Protection Umbrella”. Based on her 13 years of personal experience, she introduced the transformation process of high-value intellectual property management and operation ideas from old to new, emphasized the necessity of innovative changes in patent layout concepts and management models, and explained the key work at each stage of patent layout direction, form layout, and rights planning. Subsequently, two representative patent layout cases were used to provide a detailed explanation of the practical process and difficult issues in patent layout work.
During the Q&A session, several students discussed with two lecturers about the unavoidable evaluation of patent technology. Through this training, the students have gained a deeper understanding of the basic concepts, processes, and practical knowledge of high-value patent mining and layout, and expressed their hope to exchange more topics related to high-value intellectual property in future activities.
