On August 16th, the “Guangdong Province Key Trademark Protection List Promotion Conference” was held in Shenzhen, sponsored by the Guangdong Trademark Association and the Longhua Supervision Bureau of the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration, supported by the Shenzhen Trademark Association and the Longhua District Intellectual Property Service Center, and organized by ScienBiziP.

On behalf of the Longhua Regulatory Bureau and the Longhua District Service Center, Director Li Gongke of the Longhua Regulatory Bureau welcomed the attending representatives to the lecture. He briefly introduced the business situation of the Longhua District Intellectual Property Service Center and expressed the hope that this lecture would provide support for the intellectual property work and business exchanges of associations, enterprises, and institutions.
Wu Zhenzhuo, Deputy Secretary General of Guangdong Trademark Association, stated that in the four years since the launch of the “Guangdong Province Key Trademark Protection List”, more than 1300 enterprises have been included and nearly 2000 have been included in the key trademark protection list, playing a very important and positive role in the protection of trademark brands. This presentation aims to explore methods and ideas for trademark and brand protection from different perspectives such as government, associations, and enterprises, in order to construct solid protective barriers for enterprises.
Minister Mi Yuyan of the Project Department of Guangdong Trademark Association gave a keynote speech on “Interpretation of the Management of Guangdong Province’s Key Trademark Protection List and Code Traceability Certification”. She provided a detailed introduction to the relevant work of Guangdong Province’s Key Trademark Protection List from the aspects of the list overview, application process, traceability certification code, etc., providing clear guidance for the representatives of enterprises and institutions present.
Wang Bin, Director of Intellectual Property Management and Intellectual Property Specialist at Infinitus (China) Co., Ltd., shared his experience in “Enterprise Trademark and Brand Management Practice”. Based on his profound experience in the trademark field, he provided ideas and methods for practical work such as enterprise trademark management and system building, providing inspiration and reference for the promotion and optimization of enterprise trademark management work.
Liu Tianyi, a senior trademark agent of ScienBiziP, shared on the “EU Trademark System under the Background of Trade Protectionism”. She started from multiple perspectives such as EU trademark application, opposition, rights protection, and use, and combined with a large number of detailed cases to explain the key points of the current EU trademark system in a simple and understandable way, providing strong support and reference for enterprises to encounter trademark protection issues in the process of globalization.
